*Location: San Diego, CA, Must be onsite*



The deliverable is the Customer Contact and Notification System(CCNS)
business case.  Time frame is 2 months, starting ASAP, must be onsite, San
Diego.  This resource would be responsible for delivering the business case
under the guidance of a CLIENT PM.



The business case includes scope, schedule, budget (estimates provided by
internal resources), hi-level design and implementation plan.  Business Case
includes hi-level resource requirements.  Should assume use of CRM 5.0 and
integration with legacy systems.  All FRICEW components for CRM and legacy
integration, vendor packages, etc estimated.



Skills required are functional experience with CRM, (Lead mgt, campaigns and
customer notifications and contact management), some knowledge of Legacy CIS
systems a plus, utility experience a plus.  Knowledge/experience in
E-commerce or self-service required. Understanding of PI, Web Services and
Customer facing applications required.  Business Case experience required.
