* SAP Project/Program Manager* * Immediate need:* You will report
directly to the CIO and will lead the planning, design, development, and
support of the implementation of SAP ERP/ECC 6.0. Position includes overall
accountability for high quality deliverables with core and business team
leadership using our business and technology standards and processes.
Position has key role in success of large scale implementation program,
i.e., deliver on time, within budget, and meeting requirements of the
business and providing overall structure to the program ensuring pro-active
communications company wide. Responsibilities also include cost management
and mentoring project team members. Detailed responsibilities include, but
are not limited to, the following: Define requirements and plan project
lifecycle deployment; Define resources and schedule for project/program
implementation; Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency
planning; Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones;
Direct and oversee project managers, project teams and manage conflicts
within group. You must effectively identify and escalate project issues, as
required. You need strong organizational, customer service, and
communication skills. A deep knowledge in SAP is required. The overall
scope of this program includes: · Functional upgrade of the Main SAP
4.6C instance (modules FI, CO, PP, MM, SD, SM, QM) to ERP 6.0 ·
Technical upgrade of HR 4.6C instance to ERP 6.0 ·
Re-implement GTS from release 3.0 to 8.0 Additionally, the overall
program scope may include the following: · Warehouse Management
implementation - using SAP's WM / EWM or a best of breed solution. ·
Business Warehouse (BW) implementation including integration with
existing Microsoft SQL Server business analytics program Additional
Responsibilities include: · Developing integrated program management
plans, managing deadlines and dependencies across initiatives, and
coordination of project team activities · Managing the project scope
and project governance · Coordination with Business Lead on setting
and controlling scopes · Communicating status and vision to client
management and stakeholders · Estimating project skill requirements,
and then working with resource manager to identify appropriate resources and
manage their integration into the team · Overall team management,
including regular evaluations · Project financial management with
Program Controller · Risk management Requirements: ·
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Business, or related curriculum required. · Expert knowledge of
project management, PMI certification desired. · 3-6 Years of SAP
ERP Project Management Experience including implementations of SAP
Enterprise Planning Resource (ERP) · Minimum of 5 - 8 years
experience with SAP modules. · Excellent communication skills
*SAP QM Analyst* * Immediate need*: Need expertise in the following
areas: · QMIS · Quality Info records · Warranty
Processing · vendor ratings · Vendor audit and analysis ·
Serialization This person must have strong knowledge of integration
with WM, SD, MM, and PP, with specific expertise in serialization, vendor
warranty monitoring, and vendor evaluation / supplier scorecard.
