Long term *REQUIRED SKILLS/DELIVERABLES/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE* At least 7 years of work experience with Microsoft .Net Framework including ASP.NET and C# At least 2 years of .Net experience using .Net Framework 3.5 or above Prior experience using object oriented development. Must have additional experience in building web services and component objects in .Net Experience with web services and XML Excellent communication and analytical skills Experience as the Senior Software Developer on at least two (2) projects with at least 500 end users Experience as the Senior Software Developer on at least two (2) projects with at least 500 end users Experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Software Developer on a large distributed system project having a software development team numbering at least 10 staff for at least two (2) projects.
