The Dev team will deliver this tool to the operations team that will run the migrations. Project: Since the migration of customers from one POD to another requires mostly “web services” calls across many systems, as well as some reading from repositories (AD, ADAM), and some internals of SharePoint and Exchange SQL Server access), it is more of a senior development resource who is hopefully well versed in the above MS tools, technologies, and platforms. So our goal is to find the best .Net C# developer with as much experience with/exposure to the bullets listed below: Microsoft Exchange Server internals, various Outlook versions, AD domains, trusts, forests, DNS and related security. Exchange mailbox migrations including calendars and contacts. AD User Accounts migrations including attributes and passwords. Contacts and Distribution Groups migration. *ADMT (Active Directory Migration Tool) version 3.1.* *Scripting languages like Powershell (must have) * Windows SharePoint Services Site Collection migrations.
