The daily IT support needs will include the coordination of technical * *teams to resolve a production issue, setup of lab instruments on the network, installation of new software on pcs in the labs, * *connection of lab instruments to the WinLIMS system, and the definition and prioritization of small enhancement requests. * *The support analyst will also maintain a prioritized list of requests and issues and regularly review it with the lead analyst * *for the labs and the business team. The person in this role will also get involved in development activities for lab reporting * *and database projects.
