Client is looking for RF Engineers that are willing to travel. Location: Plano, TX Duration: 6 months with extensions. All engineers traveling to the customer market will be require to have a laptop with XP. In addition, they should have a vehicle as they will occasionally need to visit sites upon customer request or if they find it necessary to check the physical attribute of the site/s they are optimizing. Scope of work: RF Engineers should have extensive years experience in NPI projects, from which 2 years should be in UMTS NPI Experience with the different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL) Experience optimizing network using statistics Experience with the OSS (WRNO, RAN Explorer, Element manager etc.) and knows how to operate them. Experience with live data KPIs and tools. Business objects experience is preferred. Familiar with the RAN features in UMTS (P6 preferred) Past Leadership experience in at least 2 projects. Candidates have to be flexible to travel if needed.
