Title            : Weblogic Infrastructure Admin
Location     : Columbus, OH
Duration     : 4-6 Months Contract

Role: Build and manage new Weblogic infrastructure using various Oracle
technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for setting up, configuring, supporting and managing the
Weblogic environment to ensure system reliability
• Installation of Weblogic software, clustering and domain builds.
• Installation and configuration of Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and SOA
integration.
• Configure and tune weblogic domains/applications for performance,
scalability and reliability
• Participate in application code deployment processes
• Document technical standards and best practices for Weblogic domain builds
and code deployments..
• Automating and scripting domain build tasks using WLST
*• Coordinate web platform infrastructure changes following standardized
change control process. *

*QUALIFICATIONS:
• 8+ years in IT with at least three years BEA Weblogic System
Administration with Weblogic 8.x/10.x
• Oracle OSB and SOA suite experience highly desirable.
• Minimum three years experience and demonstrated strong knowledge of J2EE
application development & deployment practices.
• Working knowledge of change control toolsets (PVCS, WLST, ANT Build
Scripts)
• 2 years experience with Unix / Linux System administration
• Working knowledge of network security
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience*
