Good Technical expertise around the Web Client involving troubleshooting replication issues, BOL Structures, tapping into BOL Structures for screen enhancements is preferred 6. Experience designing interactive scripts for call centers to handle calls, collect information and trigger subsequent transactions in back office after collecting this information is preferred. 7. Knowledge and experience working in ISU CCS in ECC 6.0 environment preferred 8.
