Troubleshooting Production problems and working effectively with other team members to identify and address problems. Address and resolves issues, contact/escalate to vendor through agreed upon problem resolution methodology Ensure resiliency, high availability and reliability of all enterprise databases Evolve support practices, tools and policies around service delivery, Incident, Problem, Change and Capacity management Scripting for database monitoring and to automate routine tasks. Performing data analysis to provide management with timely and accurate information. Performing data management tasks as required loading, editing, restoring and removing data at the requests of our clients. Researching, testing, coordinating and implementing database patches and upgrades. Tuning of SQL code and assisting developers in writing and tuning SQL queries. Contribute to Logical and physical database design.
