Communication has to be perfect and the MUST do a face to face interview *Must-haves* - Experience with VM 3.5 - 3-5 years experience with VMWare - Active Directory - basic maintenance - Windows 2003-2008 - Altiris patching - VCP Certification (not a must, but highly preferred) *Plusses* - Tivoli experience - Net App - Experience with VM 4.0 - Degree *Day-to-Day* Candidate will spend 30% of day doing the virtualization of servers, 30% patching servers and performing backups, 40% doing maintenance and cleanup of system.
