Position: PTC PLM Candidate Location: Boston, MA Type: FTE We are looking only for Citizens and Greencard holders.
Essential Job Functions • Identifies and solves PLM functional area issues, designs business area solutions, develops conceptual business models, translates functional and business requirements into technical requirements, and provides guidance and support to the design and implementation of enterprise application solution sets. • Provides guidance, communication, and understanding for best practices with development and delivery using PTC PLM solution. • Utilizes knowledge base to create conceptual business models and displays subject matter expertise with identifying relevant issues, constraints, and considerations involving PLM applications often including interoperability within SAP. • Leads other personnel by providing work direction and guidance to meet all project objectives and operating deadlines. • Plans and leads blueprinting/process design workshops and defines future state processes within the PLM area • Assist with defining methods of assembling product configuration data from multiple sources Secondary Job Functions • Helps identify business areas in greatest need of change using client needs, best practices, and competitor performance measures (Business). • Understands common best practices, innovations, and trends in and across industries and utilizes industry knowledge base to create best practice models (Business). • Provides support to projects during vision and strategy, architecture, and development phases (Business). • Uses flexibility and judgment when customizing methodology to meet specific project and client needs (Methodology). • Assists others in prototyping methods and lab techniques (Technical). • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel (Leadership). Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred • Significant PLM application experience using PTC • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
