Position: SAP Fi/CO *Location: *Andover,MA** *Duration:* 1 year *Rate: *$/hr * * Competence Group Finance & Accounting – Business Analyst · Determine what functionality is required in terms of design, structure and configuration, in line with internal guidelines and procedures, in order to translate the IT requirements into an optimum IT solution. · Program, document and maintain (parts of) the ICT product, based on current design methods and techniques, in order to ensure that the product runs according to the specifications. · Test, analyze test results and repair new ICT products in a development, test and production environment, in order to develop an ICT product that can be implemented. · Prioritize solution implementation steps according to the most crucial business process improvements, in order to structure the development process. · Identify business benefits versus cost of design, building and implementation, in order to realize cost-effective IT solutions. · Training IT users in using the IT product, in line with the developed guidelines, to ensure that the product is handled in the correct way. · Designing, customizing, testing and implementing local IT solutions. · Scope is small projects, part of subsystem of some business processes, roll-out on site/project level. · Trains junior staff and users and may serve as technical lead on small projects. · In-depth knowledge of the specific application software. · Experienced in implementation of IT solutions. · Demonstrates expertise with one or more technology environments, and the ability to learn and apply new and emerging concepts efficiently. · Provides technical coaching to other staff members. · Demonstrates a strong understanding of the inter-operability of technologies. · Can assess the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements and costs. · Select optimum methods, use new methods, design new interfaces. · Independently performs analyses to resolve complex first-time project issues. · Designs projects, requiring systems integration of one or more technical platforms. · Actions are clearly defined by operational guidelines, but considerable freedom is permitted in achieving end-results. · Functions independently with limited work direction.
