OOA, OOD and OOP 2. Java EE 5 (including EJB 3.0, Web Services, JMS, JPA, JDBC, JPQL) 3. GWT , airline experience would be a big plus *Complete Description*: World Class Service Recovery System - Rebooking - requires additional JAVA developers to design and develop a proactive, all-encompassing service recovery system. Utilizes OR environment, many data feeds, and interfaces with various distribution channels. High visibility project. *Job Overview: * Responsible for participating in the development, maintenance, enhancement, and support of applications. *Essential Responsibilities: * · Understand business requirements in order to provide the technical design of computer software. · Possess programming expertise in 1 of Client Technology's standard programming languages in order to develop and maintain computer software. · Develop appropriate software and documentation according to client Technology standards. · Support and troubleshoot computer systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing timely follow up on all problems. · Follow Client Technology standards and methodologies in the development and implementation of computer software. *May perform other duties as assigned. *Basic Entry Requirements: * · Bachelors Degree in CS, Engineering, or IS or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training in the computer systems development field. Previous airline experience ideal. · Ability to work within a team environment. · Experience building computer software within the Airline business a plus.
