Ø Seibel knowledge is preferred Ø Should have insurance domain exp. Ø Should have experience in Rational Performance Tester. Ø Ability to plan and manage Performance Testing. Ø In-depth knowledge and experience in Performance Testing Methodologies and Best Practices. Ø Ability to design and develop Performance Test Scripts and Scenarios. Ø Ability to provide guidance in building Performance Test Environments. Ø Ability to execute Scenarios and Monitor various web/app/db servers Ø Ability to analyze and identify performance bottlenecks and make recommendations . Ø Responsible for Performance Testing Delivery. Ø Ability to independently deliver the projects. Ø Strong problem analysis & resolution skills.
