*We have an urgent opening for **Test Manager: Mortgage QS Consultant-Mortgage Industry domain* * * *Location – Plano, TX* * * *Duration – 6 months * * * * * *Job Description* Originations Ø Working knowledge of Mortgage Origination Platforms:. Ø In-Depth knowledge of the Mortgage industry Terminologies Ø Mortgage Business Process Testing knowledge Ø Mortgage Product knowledge is preferred Technical Requirements: Ø In-Depth knowledge of the Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP). Note: MSP is a mainframe application that houses 50% of the loans being serviced across the United States. It is owned by LPS. Ø Understand the LPS Portal Applications and Tools i.e. Director, Navigator, Passport, Power cell, Power view, Explorer etc. Ø Working knowledge of the Mainframe system MSP and how to navigate screens and run Transaction commands for testing Ø VB Scripting experience (Testing or Developing) Ø Automated Clearing House Testing with from MSP > LPS (Lender Processing Services) inbound/outbound Ø Working knowledge of Bank Deposit Operations i.e. one time ACH requests or recurring ACH payments Ø Understand the testing regions within MSP and how to navigate the P309 and other internal screens Testing Requirements: Ø Proficient in using Quality Center 9.0 -10.0 Ø Proactive attitude in working with BSA's, Customers and PM's and educating them on Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures Ø Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills Ø Able to develop test plans (Agile & SDLC), test cases and completion reports during test planning, execution and closing processes. Ø Understand Risk Based Testing and why it is important for the project Ø Mortgage Business Process Testing knowledge is required i.e. Loan Officer Functions, Loan Processing, Underwriting, Closing (Document Prep) and Post Closing Functions.
