*Skills:*

Good understanding of Java EE 5 technologies, such as JDBC, JMS, JNDI, JTA,
and JAAS

At least 2 years experience administering and maintaining clustered IBM
WebSphere Portal and Web Content Management (WCM) systems

Past experience installing and configuring clustered IBM WebSphere Portal V6
or later  release and Web Content Management (WCM) systems

Ability to use XML Access command line utility

Setup content acquisition using Web Content Integrator (WCI)

At least 2 years experience resolving installation, update, and migration
problems for V6 or later releases of IBM WebSphere Application Server
Network Deployment, IBM WebSphere Portal, and Web Content Management (WCM)
systems

Working knowledge of Web services, including SOAP, UDDI, and WSDL

Experience with the use of Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager,
LDAP, and Enterprise Single Sign-on in an IBM WebSphere environment
supporting both internal and external user communities

At least 3 years experience designing and implementing service-oriented
architecture (SOA) systems using technologies such as REST, Web Services,
SOAP, RPC, and CORBA

Experience integrating Web 2.0 user experience and applications especially
Lotus Connections into a portal environment

Working knowledge of Lotus Sametime in a portal environment

At least 3 years experience designing and overseeing highly available
Enterprise Portal systems

Experience collecting non-functional and functional requirements then
translating them into a reference architecture

Excellent communication and facilitation skills when working with both IT
and non-IT (business) users

Ability to scope work effort at a high level to compare alternatives,
determine feasibility, set priorities and timelines

Ability to perform software upgrades and migrations.
