Ø Experience in administering apps server & web server like Web sphere for Unica and Infor (Epiphany) outbound marketing. *Role and Deliverables:* Ø Understand business requirements and functional requirement. Ø Write Functional and technical design documents. Ø Making configuration changes, hands on development, perform unit testing & deployment. Ø Transfer knowledge to test and production support teams. Ø Help production support team for any questions/issues. *Skills and Experience:* * * Ø Understanding of Marketing automation business processes and operations. Ø Experience in other languages like Java scripts/Perl Ø Should able to work on Unix/Linux/windows environment. Ø Experience in data modeling including dimensional modeling.
