Daily tasks include: resolving help desk tickets, monitoring backup and Anti-virus systems, monitoring system health and proactively resolve potential issues that may disrupt system performance or availability. The Sys Admin will also support HP hardware and provision both physical and virtual servers (using Microsoft Hyper-V).
