Participates in project-planning sessions to analyze development requirements and to provide design recommendations for complex systems b. Understands and incorporates project methodology c. Facilitates and serves as technical coordinator for projects of medium scope *4. **Leadership & Financial Accountability* a. Ensures that project budgets are adhered to and deadlines met b. Serves as mentor to more junior software engineers c. Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years experience in the information systems industry.
