Skills Required- Need 10-15 years of experience. Understanding of derivatives trade processing. Product understanding - Fixed income derivatives, Loans and Advances. Skills Desired- Strong project management skills and follow up with different teams, project and task tracking. The resource is required to analyze and track overall release preparedness and will be required to prepare a detailed plan for migration which will include tasks like - Hardware readiness, Disaster recovery, Infrastructure readiness, and Non Functional requirements in terms of system setup, permissions, and authorizations. Take care of training needs for users. Setup of command centers and running the command center during go live. Issues during go-live to be channeled through this resource for timely resolution. Knowledge of calypso preferred.
