C/C++ Developer/Programmer Location: South borough, MA Duration: 3+ Months Contract Rate: $50/HR *Responsibilities:* - Develop, design, test, debug and maintain applications for next-generation consumer storage systems. - Troubleshoot code defects, implement and deploy timely fixes - Create and maintain technical documentation - Work with the other engineers in team to gather software requirements and develop prototype for proof of concepts. - Contribute ideas to teams - Develop a variety of application-specific tools such as SDK *Required Skills:* - 5 - 8 years of experience in commercial software development with at least 3 years of real-time programming experience - At least 5 years of programming experience in C/C++. - Web development experience (Web 2.0 technologies) - UI· Extensive experience in multi-threading programming in Linux/ Unix environment· In-depth understanding of network programming*· Individual must be proficient in Linux* - Distributed client/server or peer-to-peer design development skills - A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. - Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced development team and finished assigned tasks in timely fashion. - Self-starter and a team player *Desired Skills* - Experience in developing and contributing to open source applications. - working knowledge of RAID storage systems a plus - Knowledge of NAS, including CIFS and NFS -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
