*Atlanta, GA or Bothell, WA* Project: Reinvent Duration – 6-8 months Rate - DOE • o They will lead JAD stack sessions and will make sure all domains are integrated with artifacts delivered o Need to understand system requirements from backend and system application layer o Take requirements and shepherd the process through various technical phases of the project o Write process flows, sequence diagrams, user interface specifications, release documents, user story details, inputs/outputs etc o *Any flavor of development understanding (flex, java or .net)* o They will handle issue resolution/escalation o They need to have systems/technical knowledge as they will need to speak around integration points o They need to be able to write specifications. *Experience:* experience creating *Requirement, Functional Specification, & Test Requirement documents* required experience with supporting both purchased and in-house developed applications required experience in software development, software design or business process design (example: process modeling, use case analysis, etc) and implementation preferred experience in telecommunications industry preferred Project Management, Management, Team Lead, or other equivalent leadership experience preferred experience with a formal SDLC preferred experience developing business solutions with a variety of tools preferred Plans, directs, and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Acts as a liaison between the user community and internal IT resources. -Complete required analysis deliverable documentation -Plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resource *Qualifications:* -Has thoroughly demonstrated knowledge of the business processes in their area of responsibility and can work with the Business to define requirements that will drive efficiencies in the business taking into account the entire picture as well as the details. -Has thoroughly demonstrated knowledge of the application systems in their area of responsibility and can identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes, provide alternatives both to the application changing and all upstream and downstream systems, or identify if a change is a manual process taking into account the entire picture as well as the details.
