Specific Job Characteristics: · The expert on Camstar should be able to solve incidents, problems and changes within the Camstar application. · Must be able to analyze a MES issue within its environmental dependencies (in infrastructure in terms of database, network , interfaces, performance on OS, ) and to assign the issue quickly to the right service group: himself as first, second and third line Camstar expert, to ITI/TSI or to the Camstar supplier. This will be his primary task. · He must be proactive in proposing improvements to increase the MES system reliability. Knowledge and Experience: · CAMSTAR preferable certified.
