*Title: SAP HR Consultant* Location: Framingham - MA Hire type: 6-12 Months Contract Start Date: Immediate Job description: *Job Title* : SAP HR * CONSULTANT* *Relevant Experience (Yrs) * : 3+ years of Peoplesoft functional experience *Technical/Functional Skills * : SAP HR consultant with solid working experience in Organizational Management, Personnel Administration and Time Management. *Experience Required* Support experience *Roles & Responsibilities* : Check and correct quotas as needed. Research reasons for retro hours. Research differences in entered vs. paid hours Research missing hours – request corrections to master data if needed. Research reasons and clear errors after time evaluation as requested. Determine if requests for new roles/transactions are legitimate Rerun time evaluation as requested. Monitor CAT6 during payroll days. Fix, reenter, or notify employees as appropriate to get all hours moved to HR . Help employees/time admins enter or change times if needed. Respond to mismatch of master data/activity type Respond to questions about availability of quota for use (i.e. probation periods) Notify admin if files do not arrive on Mondays. Request job restarts if needed. Notify Mexico and/or Ireland admins if files do not arrive on Tuesdays or Monday s respectively. Request job restarts or run programs manually, if needed. Monitor payroll process to assure SAP time files are created and transmitted. Create RFS/Solution Documents/Test data/Test scripts Create new work schedules. Create new holiday calendars. Create any new employee group configuration as needed. Research questions and debug ABAP program code for any payroll reporting or file creation. Research questions and debug ABAP program code for any email notification questions. PTMW related issues like Checking the Org Structures Check relationship between objects in PPOME. Employee/managers have right access/roles/parameters set.
