Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 3 - 5 years Business Analysis experience (Current and deep BA experience) Excellent Documentation skills (samples welcome) Minimum of 2 years relevant Salesforce.com experience Minimum of 1 year Financial Services Industry experience MUST HAVE: Prior consulting experience across multiple clients (demonstrating diverse experience) At least two full life cycle implementations Conversion experience legacy to sf.com Preferred Skills: Certified Business Analysis Professional Certification or equivalent a plus Agile a plus PMP Certification a plus Job Summary: Works as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, validate and document requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
