We will need a W2 proof for example like H1B Copy to do the paper work if get selected and there will be a Background Check too Job description: *Job Title* : Performance Test Lead *Relevant Experience (Yrs) * : 5+ yrs of experience in performance testing using HP-Load Runner *Technical/Functional Skills * : 1. Excellent experience in performance testing using *HP-Load Runner* 2. Excellent experience in HP-Load Runner components – *VuGen, Controller, Monitor and Analysis* 3. Must have strong experience in *Scripting, Execution, Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting*. 4. Must have experience in configuring the monitors for various resources (windows/Web servers/database) 5. Must have experience in analyzing various graphs. 6. Must have experience in designing/defining performance test strategy/plan. 7. Nice to have experience in *automation* using *QTP* 8. Nice to have experience in Database and writing sql’s 9. Good knowledge in web/app servers. 10. Nice to have experience in *HP-Performance** Center* 11. Nice to have experience in any programming language (preferably Java) *Experience Required* Must have executed the performance testing end to end single handed. Currently should have hands on experience using Load Runner tool. Should have worked on 5-6 performance testing projects. *Roles & Responsibilities* : Technical performance lead. Gather requirement from business and design & define the performance testing strategy/plan. Develop the script, execute, analyze and report.
