The Senior SharePoint Business Analyst will translate business requirements and information architecture requirements into functional specifications for the SharePoint development team and for SharePoint Site Configuration. The Senior SharePoint Business Analyst will assist with testing delivered SharePoint solutions. The Senior SharePoint Business Analyst will analyze metrics and search results to help optimize SharePoint solutions. Senior SharePoint Business Analyst will also elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Strong written and verbal communications skills are essential. Must be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Candidate should have excellent analytical and development skills to support implement solution. Education: B.S. in B.A. Experience with SharePoint 2010 5 years of Content Management and Document Management experience with SharePoint and developing Required Skills: 3 years of enterprise portal design and navigation experience Experience with Enterprise Content Types and SharePoint records retention. Experience running small and medium sized projects including project experience with Agile Methodologies Configuration of SharePoint screens, web parts, forms, workflows, lists, alerts, document libraries Experience with Microsoft Office and Exchange integration Experience with Google Urchin Web Metrics Experience with SharePoint Search and/or FAST for SharePoint Social Computing experience with My Sites and enhanced functionality Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project needs, and work under tight deadlines Team player and excellent communication skills SAP and other business system integration is a bonus.
