Next lay out a strategy, project plan, resource requirements, and hands on manage the team/migration project. Interface with the stake holders and provide executive status reports. Please note: From what I understand we need someone who has done migration. Clear Case and SubVersion are both version control tools. I think anyone who has migration experience should be able to do it as it will be difficult to find the exact match of CC and SVN.
