Title: *Business Process Management  designers / developers*

 *Description :*

   - BPM designers / developers (experienced technicians who can design,
   develop, test, and implement the business processes and mentor Bank staff;
   experience w WID and WPS required; experience w IFW is desired)
   - Providing a technical and architectural leadership for one of the
   largest enterprise wide Business Event Processing Engine utilizing the
   WebSphere Business Events engine. The effort includes the most resilient
   and high performance business event hub utilized across the enterprise.
   - - Providing the technical architectural leadership for the first BPM
   tools and technology adoption Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB)
   division of the bank. This includes product selection, infrastructure
   architecture, HA and Resilient Design, integrated process modeling/design,
   best practices and standard BPM Architectural patterns.
   - providing the architectural technical leadership to address the
   resiliency and mission critical initiatives to improve the resiliency of
   enterprise integration gateways, service hubs, service routers and target
   systems by leveraging the concept of capacity on demand and bend no break
   for overall integration infrastructure
   - Define and derive the enterprise integration architecture and develop
   the strategy for enterprise wide adoptability
