1. Work with Business Analyst, Business Users to understand requirements
and come up with detailed design.
2. Ability to quickly learn the business knowledge, technical skills and
system Knowledge
3. Understand the business needs and propose improvements in
requirements and technical designs.
4. Take ownership of the assigned work to deliver on time. Also
proactively seek out an additional work when the assigned task are completed
5. Develop Critical System Components and generic framework
6. Develop client side application components (HTML, Javascript, JQuery,
JSON, CSS)
7. Develop server side application components (JSF screens, service and
DAO layers, reports, etc.)
8. Create application builds
9. Install applications
10. Provide Post Implementation support
