In addition to hands-on testing, this role entails being a mentor to other team members and the greater organization. The BPM Quality Analyst will work with the business stakeholders as needed to understand their use cases and translate those into effective primary test cases, and with technical SMEs to understand and design secondary edge cases. Key Accountabilities - Hands-on as well as focused on project delivery and organization from a testing perspective. - Serve as Quality Analyst on concurrent projects - Maintain a level awareness of relevant software testing techniques, testing tools and processes, and provide leadership in the use of the same across the organization - Task management and organization for testing team members. - Full participation in the project SDLC lifecycle using Agile methodologies. - Ensure compliance to all policies and standards.
