Role: * Collaborate with outside consultants for third party application development. * Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology. * Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems. * Write technical procedures and documentation for applications including requirements models,user training materials, etc. * Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications. Requirements: * SAP CRM or SAP ECC SD Implementation & Solution Gaps * Ability to Drive Blueprint Workshops and Communicate directly with Business Users * End to End Implementation * SAP CRM Sales and/or SAP ECC SD implementation experience a differentiating plus. * Ability to drive blueprint workshops and communicate directly with business users. * Must have end-to-end implementation experience. Experience with the SAP ASAP methodology a plus. * Participation in designing solutions for gaps found in SAP CRM/ SAP ECC a plus. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * College degree in computer science or related field or a combination of related experience and education. * Enterprisetechnology experience specifically in the areas of CRM Sales and/or ERP Sales and Distribution is required.
