Location: Knoxville, TN.*
*Duration: 6 – 12 Months << GC / Citizens Required >>*
* Education :*
o Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
experience
• *Experience : *
o Minimum 5-7 years’ experience of commercial Java development;
• Understanding of J2EE including open source, n-tier
architecture, object oriented Analysis and Design;
• Fundamental understanding of web applications, data models and
relational databases (preferably Oracle);
• Experience in and success with Agile software development
methodologies, especially Scrum and extreme Programming (XP);
• Experience utilizing continuous integration environments and
comprehensive xUnit testing and TDD (test driven development);
• Experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), SOAP,
ReST, Web Services; Test driven programming; Contributor to the Open Source
Community preferred
• Technology:
o Experience with a variety of open source Java tools;
o Experience with UI frameworks;
o Experience with Tomcat or other application server desired;
o Experience with JBOSS, Mule ESB, Tibco Active Matrix in the
enterprise is a big plus.
Main skills would be :
5 – 7 + years of experience in Java J2EE
Hibernate, Spring frameworks
Webservices (RESTFUL, REST)
Experience with JBoss preferred.
