Strong working knowledge in Reporting Services Architecture, Report Designer, Report Builder, Report Manager and Publishing a Report. Mandatory Database designing knowledge - Dimensional modeling, RDBMS modeling, Data mart/Datawarehouse designing. Strong SQL programming and performance tuning skills. Strong in Datamart/Datawarehousing design (ODS, EDW, DM, ROLAP, MOLAP, cubes, slowly changing dimensions, incremental updates, dimensional frameworks, powercubes, fact, grains) and development experience is essential. Design layout of reports and determine the best way to present data to end users. Experience with reporting and analytics development on multiple full lifecycle Data Warehouse implementations. Improve efficiency of both operational and technical teams. Understanding of linking analytics to operations, data analysis capabilities, KPI's and scorecard visualizations Execute data mining techniques for advanced analysis of data and report generation Maintain and enhance the existing data warehouse, exports, and reports. Perform complex data aggregation and data validation/quality improvement. Knowledge of writing complicated yet efficient SQL for relational database is essential. Interface with Business owners to derive data requirements and implementing them through code. Significant experience in Design and development of stored procedures, constraints, indexes, cursors using established T/SQL Server coding conventions. Strong SQL programming and performance tuning skills. T/SQL Analysis find and resolve issues/problems with existing Stored Procedures. Understanding of logical and physical database design and modeling. Interface with Business owners to derive data requirements and implementing them through stored procedures and code. Ability to understand various data sources, connection strings and define datasets for generating reports. The ability to work/query across many databases/servers.
