Looking for 2 Ruby on Rails developers ( 1 mid and 1 senior level) Location: Dallas, TX Interview: process 1 phone interview and then one MANDATORY in-person interview. Duration: 6+ months, they have a strong preference for Contract to Hire, so Green Card, EAD and US citizens preferred but will do contract for a great candidate. Project overview: They are in process of moving it in-house for build out, launch, enhancements, etc. Looking for 2 Ruby on Rails developers to start ASAP. 1 can be a mid-level developer, the other needs to be more senior with architecture / design experience.
