POSITION 1. EXPERTISE ON SYMANTEC CRITICAL SYSTEM PROTECTOR TOOL (SCSP). Moorestown , NJ • Understanding on file integrity management, • Basic concept on Host based Intrusion Detection System. • Support on CSP Dashboard and Reporting module of SCSP - Monitoring and reporting identified vulnerabilities / defects in time to relevant stake holders. • Define / implement and maintain specific policies in SCSP as per customer specific requirement. • Working to product Monthly Executive Summary Report for customer specific environment, assets imports, etc. POSITION 2. EXPERTISE ON SYMANTEC CONTROL COMPLIANCE SUIT (CCS)– RISK MANAGEMENT MODULE. Moorestown , NJ • Understanding on IT Operational Risk management process. • Maintaining and Monitoring Risk Manager and the security objectives • Support on Risk Dashboard and Reporting module of CCS Risk Manager - Scheduling, Monitoring, Running collection jobs, Working to product Monthly Executive Summary Report for customer specific environment, asset imports, etc. Along with the above points, following are the points which needs to be addressed and comes under CCS and CSP Tools support as per signed contract with customer. • Tool upkeep and management (user Administration, backup co-ordination, patch management, etc.) • Perform configuration backup & restore process • Provide infrastructure and support for backup • Document known issues and solutions • Keep tool support manual up-to-date • Perform regular heath checks of tools & perform patch updates • Co-ordination with vendor for problem resolution • Creation of necessary reports working in co-ordination with Comcast • Services that require minor changes to existing solution (e.g. changing field names, adding more reports, changes to existing reports, add data to global value lists, add master data to applications , upload of input data in a batch) • Run standard Risk & Compliance reports on Symantec Compliance Control Suite as directed by Comcast • Support Rollout of additional Symantec Critical System Protection (CSP) agents to additional servers • Implement policy changes on Symantec CCS and CSP as directed by Comcast • Services that are in the nature of basic administration of solution (e.g. add users & changing privileges, backup co-ordination, patch management) -- * Regards Shiv Vuddagiri Terminal Contacts Work: (813) 600-3539 Fax: (813) 354-2419* e-mail: *s...@terminalcontacts.com* Yahoo IM: *siva_pkl* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
