Position : *iOS Mobile Application Tester/QA* Contract Duration: *3 months possible to extend* Location: *Chicago, IL* *Minimum Requirements:* • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related disciplines • Experience with the development of iOS 5 or 6 applications • A proven track record with the complete development lifecycle of iOS applications, from inception through distribution via the app store • 2+ years of software development of commercial-grade systems and applications *Description:* The iOS Software Tester is responsible for testing mobile applications for the Product Development department by: • Contributing to an Agile team that solves complex challenges and builds working software • Working development team to test products that can be tested through automation The iOS Software Tester performs the following functions, in addition to others, in the administration of their position: • Tests mobile applications in written Objective-C and Xcode • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. • Participates in pair programming when appropriate to communicate design knowledge throughout the scrum team • Provide QA expertise to team members through education and review • Works collaboratively with development team to encourage defect prevention over detection Thanks !!
