Should have Insurance domain knowledge including bureau reporting (ISO, statutory) experience and expertise in terms of basic understanding of the processes and insurance data 2. Proficient at MS SQL Server development 3. 8+ years of development and management experience, Should be able to manage and drive a small but bright team of consultants which comprises of SQL Server developers in an onsite-offshore model; should have good people handling skills including how to handle senior in a highly dynamic team environment 4. Should be able to create operational processes to reduce dependency on a few individuals, streamlining and optimization 5. Should be able to understand reconciliation systems and drive monthly, quarterly, yearly closures 6.
