This is a two year assignment · Communicates to all levels of the operating company and corporate project team. · Develops internal project plans for operating company tasks. · Coordinates operating company resources for design, CRP and training and testing. · Lead gap analysis for CRP effort to develop operating company requirements. · Develops business scenario and justifications for proposed customization. · Identifies reporting needs and potential solutions using new reporting tools. · Coordinates communication between outside Oracle lead project consultant and operating company IT. · Understand companies financial processes. *Requirements* · Completion of a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Information Systems or equivalent work experience required. · Six years of functional system maintenance and support experience with Oracle applications. · Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle 12 financial applications including experience with multiple modules including, but not limited to, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Payables, Purchasing, Cash Management and Receivables. · Experience with OBIEE reporting tool, Discoverer and SQL queries. · Experience with Data loader for data direct updates. · Knowledge of set-up and administrative options for Oracle application modules. · Experience in developing business solutions and translating business needs into technical requirements. · Ability to resolve network and system problems, meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail and accuracy, while working in a team environment. · Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbal and written) with management and project team members. · Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to initiate, manage project deliverables, project tracking and communication and follow through *Thanks & Regards* Lucas Soma Soft Solutions.
