**· **Defines technical solution requirements for the
implementation of cross platform, integrated services in a complex
statewide environment****
**· **Develops technical diagrams, systems maps, code, and
documentation using various tools.****
**· **With clinical advisory input, develops a tailoring strategy
for workflows, screens, information model, protocols, decision support
rules, and analytics that are usable by clinicians and that impact
performance on quality measures and financial metrics****
**· **Designs decision support rules supporting patient care,
clinical efficiency and quality measure improvement****
**· **Reviews trends, experiences and approaches, develops
technical and application implementation strategies.****
**· **Collaborates with customers and knowledge publishers****
**· **Supports the development of solution sets that can be
delivered as part of an SOA product and as service offerings****
**· **Contributes expertise into the multi-generation product and
services roadmap****
****
*Other Required Qualifications/Experience*
**· **Technical and functional experience designing, analyzing,
integrating, tailoring, and/or implementing software using C#.Net ****
**· **Ability to understand and design objects and
interfaces ****
**· **Able to work in various Operating System environments
(Windows, Linux, etc…) ****
**· **Knowledgeable in RDBMS and ODBC/JDBC ****
