Guys this is for our direct client in Houston. Here is more details about a People Soft role. WE can pay up to $70/hr all inclusive and H1B’s are fine as long as their comm.. skills are good. US guys preferred as usual. They will interview right away. This position will provide functional expertise and Supply Chain knowledge for PS INV and Purchasing modules within PeopleSoft or equivalent ERP system. Responsible for recommendation of best practices to the business operations. Interpret and respond to user problems related to the PeopleSoft INV, purchasing modules system and perform project task assignments. Duties & Responsibilities: • Provide functional support to end users. Doing enhancements, project work and business process revamping. • Proactively propose ways and best business practices to correct and improve business processes as related to responsible modules. • Define solutions to meet business requirements. • Develop functional specifications. • Ability to Design, configure, test, document, and deploy application modifications according to user and business specifications. • Participate in change review process. • Manage and resolve user service requests as related to responsible modules and interfaces. • Contribute as a key player on system upgrades (manage module(s) regression testing). • Manage and provide end-user documentation and training. • Balance work effort across multiple projects. • Participate in functional user group meetings. • Interact and work with other team members cross-departmentally. • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor degree Experience: Five years experience working with PeopleSoft INV, Purchasing and nice to have Maintenance modules or equivalent ERP systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards or SAP. Skills & Knowledge: The position will require the candidate to be proficient in supporting of PeopleSoft Supply Chain Maintenance Module. A working knowledge of office software including Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Projects and other project software requirements.
