have good experience working in healthcare domain.

Experience in defining Test Strategy and Approach documentation Strong
knowledge of industry-defined Testing Services/Methodologies Testing
experience (Planning, Test Case design, execution, defect management)
Experience with implementation of onsite-offshore testing model Automation
strategy Hands-on experience with automation tools (Mercury, Compuware,
Rational, Segue) Previous experience conducting due diligence exercise for
Testing strategy/assessment Ability to prioritize and multi-task across
several concurrent projects Experience in improving the overall SDLC
approach (process re-engineering)
