Provide support for keeping SCOM Agents healthy (write scripts) and deploy Management packs Create custom rules and monitors, configure alerts, overrides Deliver timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention Possesses deep technical expertise in all parts of SCOM & PowerShell , Document & create SOP for SCOM Administration Understanding of Data warehouse for reporting purpose.
