Client is looking for a Sr QA resource - Overview A senior testing resource with very good experience in consulting. Job responsibilities: · Assist with Testing Strategy · Help with Maturity Assessment with TMI · Help with Planning, Process, Methodology and key Testing Artifacts · Help with elevating overall Testing Maturity for a Business Unit · Resource needs to have a good Customer facing skills. Requirement Must: Very good experience in Test Strategy who can support in developing organization capabilities and competency. Handle multiple testing tracks at the same time with different portfolio teams. Excellent communication and client stakeholder management experience. Should have hands on experience in leading Testing teams working in different locations (Onsite and Offshore). Provide strategic direction to team, setup and track KPIs and SLA’s at portfolio and engagement level. Should be self-driven person possess strong interaction skills with Business users of customer.
