*Opportunity Overview*



Our client has retained Gilbert Tweed International to identify candidates
for the position of PeopleSoft HR Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity
in a newly created organization for a candidate with a strong
entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to help create the company’s vision
for the future. The PeopleSoft HR Analyst position supports the core HR and
Benefits modules by providing design, set up, testing, and support
knowledge. This position is responsible for managing the Human
Resources/Benefits work stream and ensuring that activities, tasks, and
deliverables are produced according to the project plan. The incumbent is
responsible for all aspects of the implementation, including the
development of design documentation, system configuration and set up, as
well as testing and troubleshooting system issues. He/she must have the
ability to lead and support a team of user, resolve issues, and confirm
that the solution aligns with overall business strategy.



*Key Responsibilities*



ß Interpret employer policies and procedures, entity procedures and
applicable laws. Consult with managers, providing guidance and education on
appropriate compliance.



ß Self-directed highly motivated leader who has participated medium to
large scale implementations and/or upgrades.



ß Strong extensive working knowledge of PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM
application to include module expertise in HR, Benefits/Benefits
Administration, and Payroll.



ß PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM product knowledge version 9.1 or higher a plus.



ß In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and ERP industry best
practices.



ß Effective leadership, collaboration and communication skills as well as
an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimum
supervision.

Lead the effort to standardize HCM data, policies, and procedures across
the organization.



ß Document future state HCM practices, policies and procedures as required.



ß Understand the detailed components of the hire to retire process in
healthcare.



ß Coordinate the recording and maintenance of HR and Benefits data, and the
generation and distribution of related reports and information (HR metrics,
data requests, etc.).



Conduct preliminary analyses of data, setting forth progress and adverse
trends. Provide input into any recommendations or conclusions.



ß Assist in the development of future state business processes, leveraging
best practices, to increase efficiency, promote standardization, and reduce
cost.



ß Assist in the preparation and distribution of communications to managers,
staff and job candidates (offer letters, publications, education materials,
etc.).



ß Define integration requirements with other systems (e.g., recruiting,
education and training, benefits providers, etc.).



ß Work within the ERP transformation team to design, configure, and test
ERP system(s)



ß Maintain catalogues of and specifications for reports, interfaces, and
customizations in conjunction with IT.



ß Maintain liaison with HR representatives, Payroll representatives and
others across the organization as necessary to obtain and provide
information.



ß Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
