*Position: Oracle EBS Financials Business Analyst* *Location: Plano, TX* *Duration: 6 Months * The Oracle business Suite (EBS) Business Analyst for Oracle Financials is responsible for providing functional knowledge of Oracle EBS. The role provides functional leadership for implementing the EBS General Ledger, Project Accounting and Fixed Assets modules, their integration with other modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing), interfaces and other related applications to ensure systems are functionally and technically sound. The position will play an integral part in the company’s transformation initiatives including but not limited to: • Interface with business users, Super users, and various members of the project team to improve the understanding of R12 and the synergies that exist within EBS, minimize the need for any customization by solutioning ideas resulting in a business process change. • Study business user operations and identify areas of potential improvement or possible problems and document requirements for improving the operations. These solutions may consist of new or changed processes, people, or technologies. • Provide expert EBS functional guidance (configuration review and setup, functional troubleshooting, setup changes, queries and data analysis, etc.) for financial modules and related interfaces to ensure availability and reliability of EBS solutions. • Identify training opportunities for better utilization of R12 EBS and must be able to clearly articulate the functional capabilities in R12 to a user base that has never used Oracle EBS. Educate current and new users on modules, tools and data definitions. Provide guidance to users on effective and efficient approaches to utilizing modules, tools and data. • Engage with business users and project teams in comprehending project scope, requirements, functions introduced, new processes and data flows. • Participate, Prepare, Provide feedback in requirements, design and use/test case development and reviews these documents to ensure proper processes and standards are followed and coordinate regression testing as required. Must be able to create and present key artifacts like Scope Documents, Use Cases, Detailed Specification of Key Business Rules, Activity Diagrams, Business Process Mapping Diagrams and Documentation, Application Gap analysis including RICEF /Oracle AIM Methodology and related Test scenarios. • The ability to interview various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation.. *Required Skills: * • Very Strong verbal and written communication skills, Very effective Communicator with the ability and capability to talk to C-levels and end users alike. • Functionally strong in the Record to Report functionality with very strong knowledge of the following Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financial modules: General Ledger, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets and understanding of Financial and Project OBIEE Analytics • Experience with multiple implementations (preferably R12) of Oracle EBS applications. • Excellent functional, analytical, troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships and contribute in a team environment. • Good knowledge of Oracle Financial modules such as GL, AP, FA, PA, PO and AR as well as iProc, ISP, OSN, Contracts, Sourcing, Procurement Services. • Knowledge/Understanding of Oracle Retail modules like Retail Invoice Match, Retail Merchandising Systems would be helpful. • Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects in fast-paced dynamic environment. • Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project. *Thanks&Regards* Chris Brown Business Development Executive *Nuline Systems, Inc* Mason, OH Contact: 513-442-4203/513-442-4187 Email ID: [email protected] www.nulinesystems.com This e-mail is property of Nuline Systems Inc.
