Assists in mapping legacy data fields, scrubs and cleans legacy data, converted data cleanup, assists in bill to bill audits, performs manual data audits, performs automated data audits. Accountable for team deliverables. Escalation point for customer care and billing mapping, S&E Code, and tax issues. · Accountable for assigned deliverables. · Identify risks and issues in a timely manner and escalate for resolution as needed. Position: 3.2.5 *Systems Analyst - Data Mapper – Products & Promotions* Experience with the following: analyzing business and user needs, analyzing business processes and determining system needs, analyzing source system data, documenting business rules, MS Office Suite, data query tools for Oracle databases and DB400 · Map legacy data fields to interface file fields, develop business rules, develop value maps, clean legacy data, assist with converted data cleanup, support comparative rating, EMI, AMA, and Billing activities, perform manual data audits, perform automated data audits. · Participate in sessions to map S&E codes for each conversion. · Coordinate with team members from BAU DPI and CRM teams. · Accountable for assigned deliverables. · Load CRM Product Catalog & DPI product info in synchronization. · Identify risks and issues in a timely manner and escalate for resolution as needed. Position: 3.2.6 *Systems Analyst - Data Mapper – Calling Plan* Experience with the following: analyzing business and user needs, analyzing business processes and determining system needs, analyzing source system data, documenting business rules, MS Office Suite, data query tools for Oracle databases and DB400 · Map legacy data fields to interface file fields, develop business rules, develop value maps, clean legacy data, assist with converted data cleanup, support comparative rating, EMI, AMA, and Billing activities, perform manual data audits, perform automated data audits. · Participate in sessions to map S&E codes for each conversion. · Set-up calling plans in DPI. · Accountable for assigned deliverables. · Identify risks and issues in a timely manner and escalate for resolution as needed. Position: 3.2.7 *Data Mapper – Directory* Experience with the following: analyzing business and user needs, analyzing business processes and determining system needs, analyzing source system data, documenting business rules, MS Office Suite, data query tools for Oracle databases and DB400 · Map legacy data fields to interface file fields, develop business rules, develop value maps, clean legacy data, assist with converted data cleanup, support comparative rating, EMI, AMA, and Billing activities, perform manual data audits, perform automated data audits. · Develop and obtain business owner and IS approval of overall Directory conversion strategy. · Accountable for assigned deliverables. · Identify risks and issues in a timely manner and escalate for resolution as needed. Position: 3.2.8 *Systems Analyst - Data Mapper – Tax & Misc* Experience with the following: analyzing business and user needs, analyzing business processes and determining system needs, analyzing source system data, documenting business rules, MS Office Suite, data query tools for Oracle databases and DB400 · Map legacy data fields to interface file fields, develop business rules for determining tax location and tax applicability, develop value maps, clean legacy data, assist with converted data cleanup, support comparative rating, EMI, AMA, and Billing activities, perform manual data audits, perform automated data audits. · Participate in sessions to map S&E codes for each conversion. · Accountable for assigned deliverables.
