I do have a job opening for you as *Java Developer with in Madison, WI. *If interested please send me your word format resume at [email protected] *Position: Project Manager* *Location: St. Paul, MN* *Duration: 12+Months* *Job Description: * Our client is launching a long –term system replacement project to deliver updates to existing systems, to replace current databases, current automated processing, and current manual processes related to criminal history with a new set of systems, services and capabilities to increase automation and reduce the amount of effort required to create and maintain accurate criminal history records. **Due to the nature of information on this project all individuals selected will be required to pass a full criminal background check, including fingerprints.** *Required Skills: * - 10 years’ experience managing large, complex, projects. Experience must include: leading and directing project teams of at least 10 people; and leading teams responsible for software development, analysis, testing, budget estimating and marketing - 10 years’ experience using industry standard project management techniques and methodologies (such as Agile, iterative and waterfall approaches) - 10 years’ experience creating, maintaining and implementing comprehensive project planning documents including: scope statements, work breakdown structures, network diagrams, and project schedules - 3 years’ experience conducting formal facilitation (such as JAD sessions) - 3 years’ experience conducting qualitative/quantitative analysis - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills *Desired Skills: * - Experience managing projects in state government - Experience managing technology development projects - Experience in or knowledge of criminal justice processes - In-depth knowledge of various system and project management development lifecycle methodologies - Working knowledge of or experience in the following: Rational Unified Process (RUP), Unified Modeling Language (UML), Extensible Markup Language (XML), and Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) - Working knowledge of or experience with information sharing models including: National Information Exchange Model (NIEM), Global Justice Extensible Markup Language (GXML), Global Justice XML Data Model (GJXDM) - Strongly prefer at least one year of experience working with criminal justice systems *Thanks and Regards,* *Joseph Adams* *Nuline Systems, Inc* Contact: 513-442-4187 Email ID: [email protected] <[email protected]> www.nulinesystems.com This e-mail is property of Nuline Systems Inc.
