Needs to be able to think strategically and also understand industry and business trends. The Business Solutions Architect has functional experience in multiple business units, and is recognized as a partner to the Business. Must become knowledgeable in the applicable business technology solutions deployed across the enterprise and work to support the corporate financial system initiatives providing technology that will scale and perform at current and projected levels. Participate as advisor in architecting and design of future enterprise solutions as they relate to financial system processing and security Developing and executing enterprise wide plans for projects and strategic initiatives Assist with translation of functional designs into technical designs, and conversely to translate complex information into common terms Identify and integrate appropriate products and processes into business solutions Provide direction and support to delivery and production support teams May drive new architectural requirements for impacted domains in collaboration with the domain architects Establishing and sustain a technical roadmap to support a cost effective, repeatable, and rapid deployment framework. Identify technical debt and collaborate with the domain architects to alleviate Qualifications:Bachelors degree with at least 7+ years of successful IT experience and at a minimum of 5 years background in Oracle EBS environments Extensive background in implementing and optimizing Oracle EBS Financial suite Deep knowledge of the Oracle EBS R12 application architecture including integrations and executions, technology and toolsets Experience in application globalization Must possess ability to understand highly complex and custom developed systems Candidate should have global implementation expertise in implementations and solution architecture in a global environment Excellent communication and presentation skills needed Ability to identify opportunities in products and process and develop them into solutions Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to balance tactical objectives of speed, simplicity and agility with broader scope and long range strategic objectives Strong understanding of business architecture methodologies and process modeling in a large organization across multiple functional units*
