We are moving to Optum hosted servers and including Impact Intelligence to use a full suite of Impact products. This has resulted in a complete review of (and many modifications to) the current data extract processes. Resource changes have exposed a need for deeper Impact (groupers, clinical analysis) knowledge to support the data extract and validation process. 1. The Health Informatics department has thoughts on the types of metrics that will be most valuable to understanding the data that is processed through the Optum groupers. Knowledge of Clinical analysis is essential to ensure that metrics are created effectively and are used accurately to build meaningful remediation tasks. Medical Mutual uses DB2 for most systems. The data created for Optum will be housed in DB2, the data returned from Optum will be housed in SQL Server. IBM Information Analyzer can be used for some table metrics. Mainframe processes will also create metrics. This new system will need to gather data from all sources and present in a easily understandable and accessible way. *Regards,* Mayank Tripathi Executive Talent Acquisition *Tekshapers, Inc. * WMBE Certified | E-Verified Company | ISO 9001:2008 1441 E.
